We’re so confident you’ll love our product that we’re willing to offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If your blender arrives and you decide it isn’t for you, you can return it to us for a full-refund, no questions asked. Simply contact us to arrange.

Please note, the customer is responsible for posting the product back to us. We also ask that the product is in its original condition so that someone else can enjoy.

90 Day Product Guarantee

In the unlikely case that you have an issue with your blender, contact us and we can exchange the product for a brand new one, within 90 days from your purchase date. We can’t offer a refund, but as long as you can prove the damage, we are more than happy to send a replacement.

Terms and conditions apply and you will be required to send us the faulty blender so we can check it out ourselves, before we send you a new product. Please note, you will be required to pay for the postage costs when returning an item.
